Creative Spirit

Good Morning,

In my work as a creative director I have came to understand the nature of problem solving and seeking starting points to problems that can not be readily seen. These same skills also seem to carry over into my daily life. I have learned there is strength in understanding the beauty and reality of imperfection and impermanence. There is courage in being willing to make silly mistakes. Ideas are free so there's no harm in having many, even if some prove to be worthless. Life is flexible -- so are we - be able to change as the situation changes, to break habits, to face indecision and changes in conditions without undue stress.

So I encourage everyone to live creatively, welcome those things into your life which are unexpected, unplanned or spontaneous. There is no joy in knowing what's around every corner or how each day will play itself out. The fun of life is encountering each moment as it arises and seeing not obstacles but opportunities.
