Beautiful Choices

Good Morning,

Are you aware of what's happening right now? Or do your recollections
of the past and speculations about the future create a barrier
between you and the present moment?
Are you fully living and experiencing this life that you have? Or do
you put so much energy into analyzing every detail and worrying about
every move that there's no time left to simply and gloriously be?

Are you striving so earnestly to get ahead that all the effort is
putting you more and more behind? Is your life so totally defined by
what you need to do that you've lost sight of who you are?
There is so much you can let go of, without really losing a thing. It
is when you stop merely trying that you can truly be.

The life for which you have always longed is as close as your very
next choice. You are completely equipped and prepared to make that
choice.
This moment is filled with magnificent possibilities, and this moment
is when you can bring the best of them to life. Let go of those
burdens you really don't need, and open yourself to the beauty of now.

Enjoying The Twists

Good Morning,

Work (and life overall!) can be a never ending source of frustration,
insights and growth. With each day and each event we are given the
opportunity "to try". Whether we succeed or fail is irrelevant if we
always learn something in the process. I had a very special teacher
in college who encouraged us to make mistakes, for that would be one
of the best times and ways of learning. How right she was and that
opportunity is always present to us in the moments of our lives.

Sometimes you must get it wrong before you can know how to get it
right. Often, short-term disappointment is a necessary step on the
path to long-term fulfillment.
When things fail to go according to plan, all is not lost. Mistakes,
surprises and distractions can bring their own unique and valuable
possibilities.

If you were unable to get the results you intended, don't waste a lot
of time being angry, resentful or disappointed. Instead, look for the
new set of opportunities with which you've been presented. If the
first ship sails without you, that could very likely turn out to be a
blessing. For the voyage on the next ship can end up being better
than you could ever have previously imagined.

Don't put a lot of energy into judging, after the fact, whether a
particular outcome is desirable or not. Put your energy into finding
ways to move forward from the current situation.
The road to fulfillment is never a straight line. Learn to navigate
the twists and turns, and you'll find something of value in every
result.

Purpose

Good Morning,

Look around you and see all that you have chosen. What will you
choose now? Another moment is ready to be created. Give to it the
fullness of your love.
How exactly would life be if you accepted complete responsibility for
it? There is no reason to wait another minute before doing so.

All the beauty you have ever seen is only a small glimpse of all the
beauty there can be. This is a moment that you can fill with beauty
if you choose. Take everything for which you yearn and dare to
distill it into a pure and single essence. There you will find an
endless supply of value to create.

From the purpose you choose to follow comes the moment in which you
live. Give your best to this life.

Learning Restraint

Good Morning,

Can anyone remember the name of their kindergarden teacher? Mine was
Mrs Robertson. I remember the way she dressed like Lucy on the I love
Lucy show with her plaid skirts and fancy jackets.

I remember learning to write and I brought home many papers with
things I had learned how to spell and put together. Once, many years
later when looking at some things my mom had saved back (including
some of these papers} I noticed many mistakes in spelling, the
forming of letters, and usage, but no red corrections and many times
even a star. I have wondered many times why she never red-pencilled
in the right spellings of words or pointed out grammatical errors.

The lesson then handed over it's answer one day; as children we were
just beginning to get excited about using words, about forming
sentences. Why dampen that enthusiasm with red ink? Spelling,
grammar, usage can wait. The wonder of words wouldn't. Maybe she
didn't even think of it that way, but coming from a very critical and
controlling father it's an ideal I strive for in my daily life. It is
difficult at times due to the critical nature of my work and deeply
ingrained values to perform. Yet it occurs to me that if Mrs
Robertson had used her red pen more precisely I would have nothing to
ponder, no story to tell. I like to think she must have been an
incredible teacher- to exercise such red-pen-restraint. To allow the
joy, wonder and excitement of expression to flower- however faultily-
like that. Because to bloom is better than not to bloom. And a bud
once nipped never opens. May we all be so kind...

Thanks to Mrs Robertson I had no qualms about writing what I felt
even if couldn't quite spell it out. Because Life isn't Pretty. It's
Baeutiful.

Wake Up Call

Good Morning,

In my life I have witnessed many friends and family who have bought
into the advances of technology so much that over time they lose
themselves in it. Pulling someone out of the technology habit is like
waking a person from a coma, and many never realize they have lost
something along the way.

Whether we realize it or not, we are being swept along in a current
of time acceleration that shows no signs of abating. The new
technologies, touted as producing gains in efficiency and leisure,
threaten to rob us of both, if they haven't already done so. Do you
know anyone who says he has more free time than he did 10 years ago?
Where is there a sense of balance? How do we regulate the pace of
ubiquitous connectivity, and the expectation of instantaneous responses?

With our mobile phones and wireless Palm devices, it's now possible
to be so connected that we can be in touch with anyone and everyone
at any time, and do business anywhere. But have you noticed that in
the process, we are running the risk of being out of touch with
ourselves? We easily forget that our primary connection to life is
through our own interior realms—the experiencing of our own bodies
and all our senses, including the mind, which allow us to touch and
be touched by the world, and to act appropriately in response to it.
To take advantage of that gift, we need moments that are not filled
with anything, in which we do not jump to get in one more phone call
or send one more email, or plan one more event, or add to our "To-Do"
lists. Moments of reflection, of mulling, of thinking things over, of
thoughtfulness.

What about calling ourselves up for a change, checking in and seeing
what we are up to? What about just being in touch with how we are
feeling, even in those moments when we may be feeling numb, or
overwhelmed, or bored, or disjointed, or anxious or depressed, or
needing to get one more thing done? What about being more connected
to our bodies, and to the universe of sensations through which we
experience the outer landscape? What about lingering for more than an
automatic moment and becoming aware of whatever is arising in our
minds: our emotions and moods, our feelings, our thoughts, our beliefs?

I am not by any stretch of the imagination advocating a Luddite-like
condemnation of technological development, or romantically wishing to
turn the clock back to a simpler age. But I do think it is important
for us to be mindful of all the new and increasingly powerful ways
available to us today to lose ourselves in the outer and forget about
the inner so that we become even more out of touch with ourselves.

The more we are yanked into the outer world with all these new
technology-driven habits that our nervous system has never before
encountered, the more important it may be for us to develop a robust
counterbalance in the inner world: one that calms and tunes the
nervous system and puts it into the service of living wisely, both
for ourselves and for others. This counterbalance can be cultivated
by bringing greater mindfulness to our bodies, to our minds, and to
our experiences—including the very moments in which we are using the
technology to stay connected. Otherwise, we may wind up at a very
high risk of living robotic lives, no longer even having time to
contemplate who is doing all this doing, if we are really getting
anywhere, and is it really a better place to be?

Good Morning,

Often I am asked what is so important about being present and aware
from moment to moment. Why try to stay focused on each minute of
one's life when running on auto pilot really does not seem so bad?

What is the use of planning to be able to eat next week unless I can
really enjoy each meal as it comes? If I am so busy planning how to
eat next week that I cannot fully enjoy what I am eating now, I will
be in the same predicament when next week's meals become "now."

If our happiness at this moment consists largely in reviewing happy
memories and expectations, we are but dimly aware of the present
moment. We shall still be dimly aware of the present when the good
things that we have been expecting comes to pass. For we shall have
formed a habit of looking behind and ahead, making it difficult for
us to attend to the here and now. If, then, our awareness of the past
and future makes me less aware of the present, I must begin to wonder
whether I am actually living in the real world.

Pay attention to the wandering horse that is your mind. Train this
horse and ride the winds or presence, clarity and understanding.

Have a wonderful and attentive day!

Youthful

Good Morning,
Youth is not entirely a time of life -- it is a state of mind. It is
not wholly a matter of ripe cheeks, red lips, or supple knees. It is
a temper of will, a quality of the imagination, a vigor of the emotions.

Nobody grows old merely by living a number of years. People grow old
only by deserting their ideals. You are as young as your faith, as
old as your doubt; as young as your self-confidence, as old as your
fears; as young as your hope, as old as your despair.

In the central place of every heart, there is a recording chamber; so
long as it receives messages of beauty and love, cheer and courage,
you are young. When the wires are all down and your heart is covered
with the snows of pessimism and the ice of cynicism, then and only
then have you grown old.

Have a beautiful summer day.

Grace

Good Morning,
Give me the grace to care without neglecting my needs,

The humility to assist without rescuing,

The kindness to be clear without being cold,

The mercy to be angry without rejecting,

The prudence to disclose without disrespecting my privacy,

The humor to admit human failings without experiencing shame,

The compassion to give freely without giving myself away.

Attitude

Good Morning,

The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.
Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important
than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than
failure, than successes, than what other people think or say or do.
It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will
make or break a company... a church... a home. The remarkable thing
is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace
for that day. We cannot change our past... we cannot change the
inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we
have, and that is our attitude... I am convinced that life is 10%
what happens to me and 90% how I react to it.

And so it is with you... you may feel helpless to what life brings
upon you, but we are always in charge of our attitudes.

Heaven

Good Morning,
What is Heaven? Where is Heaven? It seems that everyone wants to go
to Heaven. Most everyone has a different idea of what Heaven is.

I use to think that Heaven was a place. Then I believed Heaven was a
state of mind. Now I believe Heaven is a state of Being.

As I talk to more and more people I am more convinced that this is
correct. You ask some good Christian about Heaven and as he or she
explains it, you will find he is talking of a state of Being. Cities
with streets of Gold, gates of Pearl, a King, no Poverty, no
Sickness, no Sorrow, no Trouble, no Crime or Tears. You can see that
everyone wants these things now but for some reason or another has
been unable to attain them. I used to dream that when I died I would
get these all of these things and more. The key insight for me was
when I believed Heaven was a state of mind and thought upon these
things, I received a certain amount of joy.

When I began to find out that Heaven was NOW and I was already in it,
I received a greater enlightenment. Don't take my words wrong. I have
not as yet received ALL the things that I think are for me, but I am
working on it very hard. If I were to consider Heaven to me it is
these things:
1). To be FREE to think.
2. To be FREE to act.
3). To be FREE from fear.
4). To be FREE to Believe without persecution

Heaven is a state of being and it is available to each of us in the
here and now.

Opening Up

Good Morning,

Many times in life I find myself getting caught up on the roller-
coaster of day to day life and sometimes (like many) I simply want to
step off for a while. You may ask what's wrong with that? Nothing
it's a simple fact of life and we all feel that way at some point or
another in our lifetime. Where we trip ourselves is in getting caught
up with enjoying only certain parts of the ride and our tendencies to
avoid the those that we dislike. Often for me, many of the moments I
kick or struggle the most or those where I have some preconceived
notion of how my day should go, how many items I can clear off my to
do list, or why I cannot connect with others. When these things do
not manifest according to "my" plan there is always this feeling of
disappointment. I still have days like that, but they come and go and
I am OK with that now. I have learned the valuable lesson of simply
being available to each day and what it brings, to flex with it a
little more, to let it happen, then let it go. To become open to the
possibilities instead of trying to control the situations.
Once, a professor went to a Zen Master. He asked him to explain the
meaning of emptiness. The Master quietly poured a cup of tea. The cup
was full but he continued to pour. The professor could not stand this
any longer, so he questioned the Master impatiently, Why do you keep
pouring when the cup is full? I want to point out to you, the Master
said, that you are similarly attempting to understand emptiness while
your mind is full. First, empty your mind of preconceptions before
you attempt to understand emptiness.

if your mind is empty, it is always ready for anything; it is open to
everything. In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities, in
the expert's mind there are few."--Suzuki Roshi

Confucius

Good Morning,

Recently when looking over some texts I came across this from
Confucius and it struck a note within me. I thought it a bit of
wisdom worth sharing and hope it brings a little insight into your
own life.
Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance. When you see
a good person, try to emulate their example, and when you see a bad
person, search within yourself for these same faults. It is not the
failure of others to appreciate your abilities that should trouble
you, but rather your failure to appreciate theirs. - Confucius

Question

Good Morning,

We all heard or studied about the 10 basic philosophical questions.
There are few questions that are not worth asking because we always
have something to learn. In that spirit I came up with a few
"philosophical ponderings of my own. Enjoy and have a great day!

Why is it only drug dealers and software developers call their
clients 'users'?

Do infants enjoy infancy as much as adults enjoy adultery?

How is it possible to have a civil war?

If one synchronized swimmer drowns, do the rest drown too?

If you ate pasta and antipasta, would you still be hungry?

If you try to fail, and succeed, which have you done?

Why are hemorrhoids called "hemorrhoids" instead of "assteroids"?

Why is it called tourist season if we can't shoot at them?

Why is the alphabet in that order? Is it because of that song?

If the black box flight recorder is never damaged during a plane
crash, why isn't the whole airplane made out of the stuff?

Why is there an expiration date on sour cream?

If man evolved from monkeys and apes, why do we still have monkeys
and apes?

If a mute swears, does his mother wash his hands with soap?

Why do psychics have to ask you for your name?

OK, so what's the speed of dark?

Have a beautiful day and carry this thought - Reason can answer
questions, but imagination has to ask them.

Small Opportunities

Good Morning,

Sometimes the opportunities that seem the smallest are the best. For
they're the opportunities that have the most room for growth and
possibilities.

The biggest, most obvious opportunities in life attract a great deal
of attention. That can make them fiercely competitive because of all
the people who seek to make the most of them. Small opportunities can
go largely unnoticed. Yet for someone who makes the effort to see it,
a small opportunity can be an ideal platform on which to build great
change. Small opportunities are numerous and widely available. You
could spend your whole life waiting for a big opportunity, while many
small opportunities come along every day.

Small opportunities usually offer more latitude, flexibility and room
for creativity. With small opportunities you can make the most of
your own unique passion and purpose. Open your eyes to the abundance
of seemingly small opportunities that arrive in your world on a daily
basis. For even with small opportunities you can create effect big
change.

Have a beautiful weekend and carry this thought - Don't wait for
extraordinary opportunities. Seize common occasions and make them
great. The weak wait for opportunities; The strong strong make them.

Creative magic

Good Morning,

You are here today to bring possibilities to life.
Through focus and action, you continually transform what can be into
what is.

You are a finely tuned and highly effective instrument of creativity.
With imagination and right intention, you bring ideas steadily to
life. For that is what you do.

The limitations you perceive create rock-solid obstacles as long as
you choose to hold them.
The possibilities you imagine with passion and purpose are expressed
through your life.

Often without even realizing it, you work your creative magic.
With every thought, every action, every moment, every experience, you
add your own special gifts to life.

Fill your days with beauty, fill your thoughts with integrity, and
fill your moments with loving purpose.
For they are what your world is surely becoming.

Risks

Good Morning,

Throughout my life I have always been a risk taker. Not the usual
bungee jumping, extreme sports type, but something much softer and
yet just as adventurous. The type of risk I am speaking of is the
opening of ones life to others for their inspection, approval,
disapproval. ridicule, acceptance or judgement. From the bands I was
in to my current life position, I have always put myself out there. I
have no real personal or private life, everything is pretty much out
there for everyone to know, I do not engage in private phone calls,
whispered discussions, or private moments that I call "mine." What's
the point? I have nothing to hide and nothing to shame, if I make a
mistake I start over and I relish in everyone understanding the power
of simply beginning again.

But why you may ask? How is this a risk? Well so many of us have been
raised to protect our soft centers, to disconnect when things seem
embarrassing or painful, to hide the activities we may be less than
proud of. This is playing it safe, this is simply living through
habits and training. Habits that do really nothing but prevent us
from having deep meaningful relationships with our life and with
others. You can never really connect deeply with others or your life
without sharing. Think about it. How many times have you been in a
friendship or relationship, where you felt you never could get to
really know some one? Or how about when someone really wants to get
to know you, but due to your guarding nature only allow them to step
so far into your life? How does that feel? We've all been there and
we've all been on both sides of that fence. Remember how that felt?

To truly connect we must let down our guard, take off the layers of
armor we have built up over the years and open the doors to our soft
center. We must allow ourselves to be hurt, to know shame, to feel
pain and understand the temporary nature of all things good and bad.
We must understand that taking risks such as these are the pathways
to understanding, to a genuine sense of what we can be and what is.

This was passed on to me by a friend I have always had a great
respect for. It sums up this topic perfectly and I hope that it
brings a little light into your life.

Risk

To laugh is to risk appearing a fool
To weep is to risk appearing sentimental.
To reach out for another is to risk involvement
To expose feelings is to risk rejection
To place your dreams before the crowd is to risk ridicule
To love is to risk not being loved in return
To go forward in the face of overwhelming odds is to risk failure
But risks must be taken because the greatest hazard in life is to
risk nothing.

The person who risks nothing does nothing, has nothing, Is nothing.

We may avoid suffering and sorrow,
But we cannot learn, feel, change, grow, or love.
Chained by our certitude's, we are a slave.
We have forfeited our freedom.

Only a person who takes risks is free

May you have the courage to break the chains of fear, remove the
armor that forms your cage and expose you beautiful self to the
world. When you open yourself to the world, you open up to the
possibilities.

Sincerity

Good Morning,

Often when we really look at certain situations it seems more often
than not that somehow we really have it all backwards (a favorite
conversation around work). One aspect of life I often find humor in
is that no matter what you may think you are doing, it will be
perceived by others as the other way around.

If we agree too easily we often are not be trusted. If we disagree
too often we will not be believed. When we strive to be SEEN as
sincere, we most certainly will not be. For true sincerity is never
the result of contrivance.

Let go of your need to impress others, and you will indeed be
impressive. Let go of your concern for appearances, and you'll be
authentically sincere. The way to be consistently believed is to
always speak the truth, even when no one wants to hear it. The way to
be truly respected is to live the big moments and the small ones with
integrity.

If you always feel the need to hide the truth about what you are
doing (or not share your life at all), it's a good idea to seriously
reconsider your INTENTIONS. Nothing gained by deception will ever be
of any real value to you.
Say what you mean, be who you are, and do what you know is right.
Live with sincerity, and the pathways you follow will be richly
fulfilling.

Have a beautiful day and give this thought - Sincerity is not a test
of truth, it is possible to be sincerely wrong. Sincerity is being
genuine even when we falter.

Beyond Yourself

Good Morning,

How far beyond yourself are you willing to think and act? Have you ever done anything that will benefit the world not today, not next year, but a thousand years from now?

If we limit our awareness to only our own concerns, we will continually be frustrated and disappointed. That is because our true nature exists far beyond the superficial, petty concerns of our shallow and fragile ego. Imagine being able to live without fear, in a state of pure peacefulness and fulfillment. That is the terrain we can inhabit when we let go of the concerns of self. When we erect impenetrable borders between ourselves and everything else, we push life's immense abundance away from our experience. The walls of exclusion and judgment that we create quickly become our prison.

Your awareness does not have to be limited by your perceptions. Beyond the confines of time and distance there is no end to the fulfillment that can be known. What you can achieve alone is quite impressive. Yet what you create by going beyond yourself can indeed fulfill every dream.

Have a beautiful day and try this - Do something for someone every day for which you do not get paid

Not-Doing

Good Morning,

The Toltec had an interesting technique they called not-doing. Not-
doing does not mean doing nothing. Not-doing is a decision you make
to consider the opposite of what you have always been doing. Not-
doing can be liberating. Not-doing can give you a refreshing
perspective.

All of us, at one time or another go through life half-asleep with
blinders on, propelled by the engine of fear, unaware of our actions,
or caught up in habits. Not-doing requires that you NOT accept as
absolute truth all the things you think or say. The next time you
feel stressed or react emotionally, listen very carefully to the
dialog in your own mind. Is what you are saying to defend your point
of view true? Is it really true? Just that little bit of doubt opens
another way of looking at things that has very little to do with the
intellect.

Do you have habits such as saying yes when we mean no, feeling
obligated to act according to someone else's wishes, staying at a job
that holds no promise, or not having the courage to move on in a
relationship when it's over?
Not-doing is simply the act of suspending habitual unconscious doing
for the purpose of fostering awareness and regaining your balance.
Nonstop doing is driven by the language mind. Not-doing is a
perspective fostered by your awakened mind.

In the doing of daily life we are like this and like that. We operate
exclusively on the island of what we know. What is, and what we are
capable of, are neatly contained without our description of how
things are. This description is held together because we defend it,
nurture it, and insist we know what we are doing, even if we don't.
Balance, however, is holistic and contains elements far outside the
narrow path carved by rational thought and nonstop action. To harvest
the force of balance involves developing the awakened mind in equal
proportion with the language mind. Our human being is nourished by
balance, never by the imbalance caused by nonstop doing.

Not-doing opens possibilities that exist only outside the island of
what you know. Engaging in not-doing considers embraces the opposite
of your normal doing, and shines a light on the patterns and habits
we often mistake for ourselves.

Have a beautiful weekend and hold this thought - You will find as
gaze upon your life that the moments when you have really lived are
the moments when you have done things differently.

Peace and Love, Jim

Confidence

Good Morning,

Most I my life I have always bee terrified of other people (the
reasons are many and could take up a book). I knew the effects this
was having on my life and my first attempts at getting help resulted
in me being on medication that robbed me of attention and focus. To
say the treatment wasn't exactly on track is an understatement. These
days I travel and get involved with speaking to groups quite often.
Many ask how I overcame my fears and flipped my situation around. The
answer is quite simple. . . I had to get to know my fears.

Often we see people and do not see ourselves as being the same. We
fear judgement, humiliation or rejection. The funny thing about those
feelings is that everyone else experiences them too. When I stopped
listening to myself and began listening to others I saw that all of
us have endured our own fears or overcome incredible difficulties. I
started to realize their was no "them" that we are all basically
going through the same experiences in life, and we each in our own
way are making the best efforts to go on with life. I realized that
fearing others was like being afraid of myself.

Throughout this simple act of awareness I found a way to work through
my immediate negative reactions, which are fear based. Instead of
being critical or judgmental, I became inquisitive about others and
learned to take delight in them. Delight comes when we replace
criticism and fear of others with openness and genuine curiosity. The
first response to others is to usually play it safe and wait until
general trustworthiness is proven, but in doing so we miss the
opportunity to see the person right in front of you, even your
friends and family. If you wait until you feel safe, you've waited to
long, because it's the holding back that creates the fear and not the
other way around.

With this knowledge comes genuine confidence and a chance to be who
you really are. . .all of the time. If you are thinking that
confidence means always feeling certain of your self then you are
misleading yourself. Confidence is the willingness to be as
ridiculous, luminous, intelligent, or silly as you really are without
embarrassment. This type of confidence encompasses everything in your
life. Confidence requires understanding there is no certainty in life
whatsoever. Want to see if this is true (and you should) go fall in
love. The more we love, the more we feel as though we have something
to lose. This leads us to dig and dig to find a safeguard against
losing what is most dear to us, but the reality is there is nothing
we can do, but love anyway. The more we love, the more we are
reminded that everything we touch is impossible to hold on to. This
openness to give ourselves to love is the thing that breaks down
certainty and shows us that confidence is simply the ability to move
forward, to love, to live and to let our hearts be broken.

I still get uncomfortable before speaking engagements, I still walk
in front of hundreds of people and feel my breathe taken away. There
are even days when I wonder what I have committed to and feel as
though I just want it to all go away. But then I remind myself that
in order to meet my own life, I can not approach the world with
defensive strategies. Instead I need a willingness to let people and
life touch me completely, to hold sweetness, sorrow, joy and terror
equally and fully.

There are no safeguards in life, we cannot hold onto everything. We
can however understand that whether the world is friendly or
inhospitable, smooth or rocky, we can live with it and in it
wholeheartedly.

Have a beautiful day and carry this thought - You are the only
person on earth who can use your ability.

Peace and Love, Jim

Life Has Taught Me

Good Morning,

I am often asked to speak, give demos, or offer advice to other
creative professionals or aspiring students. The short notice that
often accompanies this engagements always has me jotting down notes,
thoughts or assembling materials. In the process of pondering some
possible subjects for my next engagement I realized that one of best
things I could share would be some of the things life has taught me.
Here are 10 things in no particular order::
1. Always have integrity with yourself and others. Be your word. Do
what you say you will – and own up when you don't.

2. Live with an attitude of gratitude to bring genuine goodness into
your life. We live in a truly abundant world – there is more than
enough for all of us.

3. Your life counts and it is up to you to make it count. This life
is not a rehearsal – so make the most of it.

4. People are so amazing and never cease to surprise with their
capacity for goodness – always know that they are doing the best they

Be

Good Morning,

Today, be the flower that grows from a rock.

Be the silk breeze that soothes heated hearts.

Be the candle flame that banishes darkness.

Be the mountain stream that gives fish a home.

Be the stillness that provokes sweet peace.

Be the smile that quenches all fear.

Be the seeds of joy that are sown today.

Have a beautiful day and hold this thought - Joy is not in things; it
is in us

Peace and Love, Jim
